Questions
Does Elsi negotiate the price?
No. Elsi never negotiates. On negotiation she only says what you've set, for example that there's a little room. When a buyer makes an offer, she takes the amount and their details and passes them to you (Premium).
What happens when Elsi doesn't know the answer?
She tells the buyer openly that she'll pass the question to you and asks for their details, so the answer reaches them directly. The question shows up in your Elsi dashboard. With Premium you answer it once in “Teach Elsi” and next time she knows it herself.
Which languages does Elsi speak?
Albanian, English, Italian, German, French and Greek. She picks up the language from the buyer's message, and the buyer can switch it in the chat. Lead summaries reach you in Albanian.
Does the buyer know they're talking to an AI?
Yes. Elsi introduces herself as a virtual assistant (AI) working with you, the top of the chat says that you confirm every detail, and the “Talk to the agent” button is always visible.
How do the leads reach me?
In Messages, with the Elsi badge and a summary: what the buyer is looking for, when they want to buy, cash or mortgage, and what they asked. Viewing requests appear in Viewings for you to confirm. You also see every lead in your Elsi dashboard.
Can I switch Elsi off at any time?
Yes, with one switch in your dashboard, with no commitment. You can also choose when she answers: always, only outside working hours or when you're away.
How much does it cost?
Elsi is free for every agent and agency, with no limit on leads. Viewing booking, offers, your own answers, lead scores and statistics come with Premium: €29 a month for agents and €79 a month for agencies, VAT included.
Does it work on my agency's page too?
Yes. Elsi answers on every listing of the agency and on the public page of the agency and of its agents. On an agent's listings she speaks in that agent's name. The agency's owner or admins switch her on in the agency workspace.
