Why sell through an agent

A good local agent knows what similar homes really sold for, prepares photos and documents, screens buyers and negotiates for you. In Albania the fee is usually agreed between you and the agent — ask for it in writing before you sign.

Questions owners ask

Does it cost anything?

No. Sending the request is free and you are not obliged to work with anyone. If you choose an agent, you agree the fee directly with them.

Who receives my details?

At most 3 agencies or independent agents with a Premium account on hyrja.al who work in your area. We never sell your details and they are not shown publicly.

How quickly will they call?

Usually within 1–2 working days. If nobody is available in your area yet, our team passes the request on by hand.

Can I withdraw my request?

Yes. Write to us from the contact page and we close the request. Contact details are deleted automatically after 12 months.

Do I have to sell with them?

No. Listen to their valuations and offers, compare, and decide in your own time.
