These terms apply to everyone who uses Hyrja. By using the site you agree to them. If you use Hyrja on behalf of a business, you accept them for that business.

Hyrja is a marketplace that connects people looking for property with owners, agencies and developers. Hyrja is not a party to any sale or rental and does not act as an agent, notary or lawyer.

You can browse without an account. To save, message, request viewings or list property you need an account with accurate information. You are responsible for activity on your account.

Sellers must only list properties they are authorised to market, with accurate facts, real photos and a genuine asking price. Listings must be kept up to date and removed or marked sold/rented when no longer available.

We may pause or remove listings that break these rules.

Private accounts are for owners (or their immediate family) selling or renting their own property. A private account can publish up to 5 new listings per calendar month; the count restarts on the 1st of each month and deleting a listing doesn't free up a place. Each phone number can be used by only one private account.

Agents and intermediaries must register as agents. Listings by agents presented as private owners may be converted to an agent profile or removed.

Badges describe specific checks Hyrja has done. They are not a guarantee of the property, its legal status or its value. Always carry out your own checks with a notary and a lawyer. Information marked “Declared by the seller”, such as whether the property has an ownership certificate, is not checked by Hyrja.

Professional plans and paid placements are described on the pricing and advertising pages. Paid placements are always labelled and never affect the Recommended ranking.

Hyrja is provided as is. We are not liable for the content of listings or for agreements between users. We may update these terms; we'll give notice of significant changes.
