It's the Albanian way of describing a layout: the number of bedrooms plus the number of living rooms. A 2+1 has two bedrooms and one living room. A studio (garsoniere) is shown as 1+0.
Price per square metre is the fairest way to compare properties of different sizes. We calculate it from the asking price and the gross area, in EUR.
When you view prices in a currency different from the one the seller used, we convert at an indicative rate and mark it with “≈”. The seller's original price is always kept and shown on hover or on the listing page.
Yes. Hyrja lists long-term rentals only, with monthly prices. Holiday and nightly stays are not listed.
The seller chose to hide the exact address. The circle shows the approximate area, usually within a few hundred metres.
Verification & safety
It is the seller's own answer. Hyrja does not collect or review legal documents, so it is shown as “Declared by the seller”. Always check ownership with a notary and a lawyer before you pay anything.
No. Featured is a paid placement. It is always labelled and doesn't affect verification or the Recommended order.
Don't pay. Report the listing using the “Report listing” button and keep the conversation in Hyrja messages so our team can review it.
Phone numbers are never shown automatically, to protect both sides from spam and scams. A seller can choose to show their number on the listing, or share it in messages.
Listing a property
Yes, private owners can list for free. Agencies and developers can choose professional plans with extra tools.
You don't need them to publish: anyone can publish once every step is complete, with no ID check or approval. Afterwards Hyrja can check the property details and the location — each check is reviewed separately and adds its own badge.
Listings need to be confirmed as still available at least every 30 days. Confirm it from your dashboard in one tap.
Yes. Choose “Show approximate location” when you create or edit your listing.
Account
No. You only need an account to save properties, message sellers, book viewings, save searches or list a property.
Albanian, English and Italian, with prices in EUR, Albanian lek (ALL) or US dollars. Change them from the globe menu in the header.
