Hyrja operates this marketplace and is responsible for the personal data described here.

Account details (name, email or phone), your listings and uploaded photos, messages and viewing requests, saved properties and searches, and basic technical data such as device and language settings.

To run the service, verify sellers and listings, deliver messages and alerts, prevent fraud, and improve Hyrja. We don't sell personal data.

Your phone number and email are never shown automatically. Sellers can hide their exact address. Hyrja does not ask private sellers for identity documents and does not collect property or legal documents.

We share data only with service providers who help us run Hyrja (for example hosting and email), under contract, and where required by law.

We keep data for as long as your account is active and for a limited period afterwards where needed for legal or safety reasons.

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, and object to certain uses. Contact us with the topic “Privacy and my data”.

To show sellers how often their listing is viewed, we count page views per listing per day. The count doesn't include your IP address or account, and repeat visits on the same day are counted once.

Only if you accept analytics cookies, we use Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.) and Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd.) as processors to understand how the site is used: pages visited, searches, clicks, device and browser type and an approximate location derived from your IP address. We never send them your name, email, phone number, messages or account id, and Clarity hides what you type. Without your consent Clarity doesn't load and Google Analytics receives only cookieless signals. You can withdraw consent at any time from “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page; the cookie policy lists every cookie.
