How sponsored placement works
Premium listings rotate through the labelled “Sponsored” block at the top of the first results page. The rules are the same for every subscriber:

Only where it fits
A listing is only sponsored in searches it already matches — the visitor's area, type, price and every other filter.

Quality first
It needs at least 5 photos (4 for commercial, 3 for land) and availability confirmed in the last 30 days. Complete, recently confirmed listings with a floor plan and passed checks show more often.

Fair rotation
A weighted draw picks the listings for each search and changes every hour, so every eligible listing gets its turn during the day.

One per account
Up to 6 sponsored listings per results page. Each agent or agency gets one slot first; a second one only when there aren't enough premium listings for the search.

Daily refresh
Every morning premium listings are refreshed, which counts as recent activity in the “Recommended” order. The original listing date never changes.
Questions
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Cancel from Account → Subscription. Premium keeps working until the end of the month you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
What happens to my listings if I cancel?
Nothing is deleted. Everything stays online until the end of the paid month. After that, free agent and agency accounts keep up to 5 listings active — you choose which — and the rest are paused until you upgrade again.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes. Every payment has an invoice in the name you enter at checkout, with your NUIS if you have one. They're in Account → Subscription.
How can I pay?
By card (Visa, Mastercard) on the secure page of our payment partner — Hyrja never sees or stores your card details. Agencies can ask to pay by bank transfer against an invoice.
Can I switch between Premium Agent and Premium Agency?
Yes, at any time. The change applies straight away and the price difference is settled on your next invoice.
Do private owners need a plan?
No. Private owners always list for free, with no listing limit. Premium plans are for agents and agencies.
